Optical/multiwavelength Observations of GRB Afterglows

I will review optical and multi-wavelength observations of GRBs and their afterglows, covering the radio to gamma-ray wavebands. Special emphasis will be given to the framework of the synchrotron emission model of relativistic blast waves and the GRB-supernova connection.
